Technology

The Sourcery Connect Platform is the digital nexus of the
Direct-to-Grower™ Solution

Through the Direct-to-Grower™ Solution, the Connect Platform enables direct collaboration, transparent trade and verified impact at scale combining human intuition and advanced digital intelligence, giving Sourcery Partners the power to connect, trade and capture verified transactional, social and environmental impact with every transaction from grower to consumer.

As the digital nexus for the Direct-to-Grower Solution, the Connect Platform captures all transactional and impact data in line with the Transparent Trade and Impact and Assurance Modules developed by Sourcery and third-party Impact Partners.

Once captured and verified, select data (non-commercially sensitive) is converted to digital non-fungible tokens (NFTs) called Bluechips that contain all the encrypted data, documents, images and are securely stored on the blockchain. The Bluechips digital assets are then made available for licensed purchase in the Bluechip Exchange data marketplace—giving licensees the ability to access and use the data for unmatched commercial, social, environmental progress reporting providing deeper insights, trust and value to everyone from grower to consumer.

*Direct-to-Grower Certification is a trade, transparency and process standard that measures positive commercial and operational performance by adopting better business and trade practices. It is not a product, composition, social compliance or sustainability standard. Certification requires meeting minimum volume requirements in Sourcery and purchasing fibre, yarn, fabric and finished goods with Transparent Trade (TT) or Grower Essentials (GE 1) Bluechips.
